Yes. Each business can use its booking page so clients can select services, required services, add-ons, staff, and available appointment times.
Does SpaFlow support mandatory intake forms?
Yes. New client booking includes a mandatory intake form, communication opt-ins, medical condition checkboxes, and annual intake tracking.
Can SOAP notes be tied to muscle groups?
Yes. The SOAP Notes page includes an interactive muscle model where providers can select a muscle group and save SOAP notes against that selected area.
Can staff manage their calendars?
Yes. Staff users can view assigned appointments, reschedule, cancel, block unavailable time, and use color-coded appointment types.
Does SpaFlow support booth renters?
Yes. Booth renters can be marked on staff records, track their own income separately, and manage their own services, add-ons, and booth staff in the demo workflow.
Can each business have its own booking URL?
Yes. The demo supports a simulated business booking URL such as yourbusiness.spaflow.com and limits custom name changes to once every six months.
Is this static Bluehost demo production-ready?
No. This package is a static prototype using browser localStorage. A production app needs secure authentication, backend database storage, tenant isolation, permissions, audit logs, and HIPAA-capable hosting where applicable.
Where is client data stored in this demo?
In this demo, client data is stored locally in the browser. Production data must be stored securely server-side with proper access controls.
